Operations include road construction, paving, site development, land development and housing. Emil Anderson Maintenance (EAM) provides highway and bridge maintenance services and is an important component of the overall operations. EAC maintains three main offices and shops located in Hope, Kelowna and Cranbrook.

EAC has a reputation for innovation and collaboration with all stakeholders. In addition to traditional bid-build contracts, the Company has successfully completed Design Build projects and Alliance Model contracts. These projects relied on the professional approach of EAC to ensure the best possible outcome.

EAC employs a highly motivated management, supervisory and support team. This includes nine professional engineers, one engineer in training, four civil engineering technologists and numerous experienced field superintendents.

Safety in the workplace is the paramount goal of EAC, and the Company employs a full-time Loss Control Officer who regularly visits all the operating worksites and maintains industry currency by participating on a number of boards and committees relating to safe work practices.
